Mark out rivet holes, drill and cleco in place. To mark the rivet holes measure 10 mm in from each side, then measure 40mm from the rear of the stiffener and mark for A5 P30 from the 40mm mark to 190mm. Then measure 250mm from the rear of the stiffener and mark rivet holes A5 P30 from this mark to 610mm. This will give you a total of 19 rivet holes for each side. NOTE: in this image I have 21 holes on each side, not 19. You should have 19 at this time on each side. See note on image 05 for details of why I have 21.
