You can make a few different measurements for this step to make sure everything is working out correctly. First measure 3374mm from the front of the rear fuselage and draw a line. This line should be 20 mm back from the front of the rear skin. If it is not then you do not have the proper overlap on the skins. Position the HT frame with the rear lined up on this line. The front should be flush with the front of the rear skin.
