Why did I take a picture of this you may ask, well, as you can see from the drawing, the rivnuts for the access door are shown as being installed in the Z angles. Here we go again, this will NOT work, the reason it will not work is that the drawings also show the access door as being 540 mm wide.. but the Z angles are 560 mm center to center, also from the same drawing! This means that the rivnuts are going to have to be installed in the skin, NOT in the Z angles as the drawing shows them. I wish I had noticed this before and I would have moved the Z angles closer together so that the rivnuts would have been installed in the Z angles. However, again, the skin was pre-drilled at the factory so even if I had done this I would have then had two lines of holes in my skin that I would have needed to cover. I guess it will not harm anything to have the rivnuts installed in the skin.
