The IPL now says to re-install the center spar. However this would not be logical since all you do is install it and then remove it for this step. So, save yourself the time and just do this instead. Re-install the two extrusions 640-F-24-4 to the front bottom skin. Position the front bottom skin to the rear bottom skin and then mark on the table where the extrusions are touching the table on both sides. Now remove the skin and cut into the table about 100mm long, 25mm wide and about 20mm deep. I just cut mine all the way through the table... it was easier and will not hurt a thing. This also allowed me to not worry about bending the extrusions at this time. That will be much easier to later once more parts are holding everything in place.
