CH-640 Fuselage Hull - Stage One (21 of 206)

Make two simple wood jigs. The lenght of the jig should be 1076mm as shown on drawing 640-F-20. I made a jig with a center section that slides into the center spar and the 1076mm part can slide forward and back. Then I moved the 1076mm long part so that it was 618mm from the inside of the center spar to the rear of the jig. Then I secured it in place with screws. The center part of the jig is bolted to the center spar.
