Make a jig to position the firewall. This image shows the dimensions of this jig. NOTE: The firewall needs to be 19.5 degree from the table. Since the bottom skin is already 9.5 degrees your jig needs to lean the firewall 10 degrees back. When you make your jig mark an 80 degree angle (90 degrees would make the firewall square to the floor skin, 80 degrees gives you the other 10 degrees).
