Position bulkheads to the fuselage. Once again I did not follow the IPL on this step. I found it was MUCH easier to do it my own way. First I drilled the center holes in the rear top skin for bulkheads 7, 6, and 5. then I drilled the center hole in those bulkheads and clecoed them to the skin. Then I positioned the three bulkheads with the skin clecoed to the fuselage. The rear bulkhead sits on top of the HT frame.
