Yes, that is duct tape you see in this picture. It was the easiest way I could think of the make sure that the skin was held in place. Now I drilled the top center holes in the next top skin for bulkheads 5 and 4 but NOT 3 at this time. I then drilled the top center hole in bulkhead 4 and clecoed the skin to that bulkhead and bulkhead 5 overlapping the rear top skin by 20 mm.
