Well, I just found out that I do not have the parts I need to make the baggage compartment, so I will have to do that after the parts arrive. So, I installed bulkhead 3 to the front of the top skins. Starting at the top drill a hole in the center of the top skin and in the center of the bulkhead. Be sure that the bulkhead is lined up with the front of the skin. Then work your way down each side just like you did for the other bulkheads. The angle of this bulkhead is not important, but keeping it lined up with the skin is VERY important.
